I'm terrible my first thought at the end was that he had to be pretty sure of a yes to do it with so many family and friends involved! Regardless that was pretty darn awesome.
That was pretty darn impressive! Just the amount of time and effort to put into that is mind-blowing. The gentleman must have been pretty darned sure of her to go to such lengths (and to include family).
Everyone who gets engaged has their own story which means the world to them. My best friend received her proposal on a train to Edmonton at dawn - they were sitting somewhere fancy ... :) My husband proposed to me while going on a bit of a hike/walk out at his uncle's farm - the day after he returned from The Netherlands (but he forgot the ring at home ... LOL).
Someone sent me this the other day. It is so amazing! Such a beautiful way of asking her to marry him. Definitely would have been bad if she said no, but how could she after all of that! It's nice to see things like this, just beautiful and sweet!
Deb - Wow, all I can think to say is wow! So much love and thought put into the proposal. I had a huge smile on my face the whole time and a tear in my eye at the end. Yeah I think he's going to be a keeper!!!
I do have to admit that I have seen this before. I think it was last weekend when I spent a few (2 or 3) hours just watching surprise proposal YouTube videos. They are amazing indeed. I would check more of those vids right away if I weren't in a night train. Battery almost out on phone and computer :/ freaking old train cars with no opportunity recharge.
Sorry guys that I am just weighing in but clearly the party got started for me! Love the back and frothing. I love romance and if this is the effort of romance and love he can put forth now, I think they are off to a darn good start. She looks a sweetie too! All I can say is good luck and many blessings on their marriage. May he perform it again with a walker at 102.
