  5. Merry, Merry Christmas!!! *heart bursting*

Christmas phases #1 (Christmas morning w/my son) and #2 (kiddo and I and several others together for lunch and gift exchange at R's house) have happened. Eddie just left w/his dad for Christmas at that house. I'm fixing to take a much needed nap (ear infection! ugh!) and wait for the phone call to start phase #3 (game night @ best friend's house!).

Wanna hear our bizarre, ridiculous Christmas event? We are under a BLIZZARD WARNING!!! Yes, you read that right, a BLIZZARD WARNING. In northeast ARKANSAS.

    Yes. How insane is that?!?!

    http://www.kait8.com/story/20410497/blizzard-warning-in-effect-christmas-afternoon-evening

The only blizzards that should happen in Arkansas are the milkshakes at Dairy Queen! :P

I hope y'all're all having a lovely, warm, happy Christmas Day! What's everyone been up to?

My 3 favorite snapshots from today:

    2 Whovians and a bowtie:

Happy Holiday's to my blog friends, your community, support, and friendship has come to mean so much to me. Thank you for making me feel welcome, for all the stories you've shared, and all that you've ALL taught me :)

I've said it before (numerously) and I'll say it again (endlessly):

You ladies (and sometimes gents, and sometimes Luke) are the bees knees.
    so much love,

  7. well it is midnight here in Dublin Ireland as i type. our Christmas day is officially over . me and my parents had a really brilliant Christmas day . my cousin and aunt visited for dinner , a week ago Dad was moved into a care home from hospital ( which is why i haven't been around here much of late , making the arrangements was very pressurised and took a good bit of time ) the nurses there allowed mom and i to bring dad home which was brilliant and Dad was very bright today which was cool . first time dad had been home in over 6 months .

i hope everyone here , Deb , Barbara and all the friends of the blog have had/are having a great day ! i hope too you all get noting but the best in 2013 .

  14. Thanks to all of you for these lovely thoughts and wishes and for nurturing yourselves and each other!! Haven't had a chance to pop in since the 24th aft as I was the host to all families and there was much feasting and regaling (and much, much cleaning up!). This was a treat to delight in today.

Linda, a special wish for you as you bring your dad home. Love!
