HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM
DEB AND BARBARA!
Happy New Year from Barbara's Watercolour home and Deb's Gingerbread home! Wishing all of you a healthy, joyous, take-chances New Year. Please join us in 2013!
This is one of the prettiest versions of Auld Lang Syne that we've ever heard:
Thank you for the year with your amazing blog and Middle Ages family. Thank you for your support and kindness during a very difficult last end of the the year. You have all really touched my heart and I will never forget it. xo
ReplyDelete*big-hugs*

Like I always say, you are a part of a bigger manifestation in my life. Cant wait to seee it unfold. Its really nice to know there are two angels I can always trust. You accepted me for who I am and you read my comments no matter how LOOOOONG they are! Thats reallly sweet! :D
ReplyDeleteI love you! I wish you lots of abundance in everything! Happy New Year! <3 xoxo
P.S. ADORABLE PAINTING! And....The gingerbread house!!! LOVE IT!
ReplyDeleteYou are welcome Shalaka! You know we love you and you know you can always trust us! The Gingerbread house is actually our house! I thought that was clear but I don't think it is!!! Sweet huh?
ReplyDeleteSame goes to you too! You know I love you and you can ALWAYS trust me. I said "ALWAYS" like Snape said in Harry Potter. So you know that I REALLY meant it :D xo
DeleteHappy new year to all you lovely ladies and guys at Middle Ages! Happiest wishes and love to you all.
ReplyDelete-Molly
And to you Molly. Happy New Year!
DeleteOhh Hon I know its your house. :D I saw it in Colin's pictures on FB I'm awestruck every time I see it! And even more gobsmacked when you said Colin made it all by himself. ITS BEAUTIFULLY DONE! Damn, your Husband really has the whole package doesnt he? ;)
ReplyDeleteShalaka I did not mean to imply that Colin did the gingerbread house. Can't remember saying that. Sorry if it was misleading. We bought it from a very talented woman. I posted her webiste two years ago when she did one for us. She is Gingerbread Creations in Ontario.
DeleteSomehow, I now feel less inadequate knowing you did not make that gingerbread house yourself, Deb. Happy new year to you and your families!
Deleteohh. I thought maybe he made that. I thought probably you guys bought it but I think you mentioned something about this the last time and I thought Colin made it himself. Sorry.
DeleteBut I really thought he made it. But what the hell, he still cooks, doesnt he? That beats everything. Lol
All good things to you both and your families and all those who love this blog site for 2013.
ReplyDeleteThanks Madge. We wish you the same!
DeleteHappy new year, and I look forward to seeing what 2013 brings for you and your families.
ReplyDeleteYou too Hannah, thanks!

Haha! I love you tattooed girl! <3 Happy new year *big hugs*
Deletethe fabulous tattooed lady!
DeleteAdventure! And congrats on the new ink!
DeleteThat song was a perfect start to my day. I have been nursing a cold/flu for the past couple of days and that song just hit the spot. I sat here drinking my tea and feeling all calm and peaceful while I watched the video. :)
ReplyDeleteAnd I love the art of you guy's houses! A wonderful way to view them I do think. :)
Off now to hunt down some more cough drops and tissues. ;)
Happy 2013 <3
Get well Kelly. So glad you enjoyed it. It is my absolute favourite version of the song.
DeleteHappy New Year Everyone. Everyone had a Christmas Flu. Mine decided to join me on New year's eve. Gravol has been my friend.
ReplyDeleteMay 2013 bring you joy and happiness. And, may you all be able to achieve your goals for 2013 (rather than New Year's resolutions because resolutions are based on negatives rather than positives - my uncle made a very strong argument about that in his blog...)
Anyhow have a good oen.
A perfect sentiment Jo, thanks so much for that. I wish you firstly, restored health and secondly all the good and wonderful adventures and joy the new year has in store for you.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry for my away-ness and late-ness-- I am out of town visiting chums for the holidays and not as 'online' as I usually am, but have been peeking in and reading and loving, which is just as per usge in this lovely place.
ReplyDeleteI can't add anything that hasn't been said, but I pour my love and happy wishes for all's New Year, and hope great and true things for all.
I thank you all for such beautiful support and camaraderie.
cheers, my friends!
so much love,
Souz
Thanks, Souz, and back at ya!! xo
DeleteHappy New Year, everyone!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos, ladies. Love 'em!
I wish you all much love, happiness, health, peace, joy, and adventure for this new year! May it be bright!
xoxo all!
Sooo wish the same for you, Steph! xo
DeleteI love that version of Auld Lang Syne but I am in total awe at the gingerbread house!!! Would love to see a closer up pic and it may be my goal to build my own next year. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!
ReplyDeleteI don't think Deb took any closer pics, Lana, but it's sooo beautiful in real life. She credits the woman who built it in her comment above -- and it's a recreation of Deb's own house!
Deletea friend linked to this song on facebook. Just thought I'd share with you lovely ladies. Here's to keeping on dreaming!
